Want to order some great Tommie lacrosse apparel? 

You can now order Tommie lacrosse spiritwear and even have it personalized with your own name and/or a favorite jersey number.  You choose the type of spiritwear you'd like (sweatshirt, pullover, cap, etc), size, and the desired logo (a large or a small UST shield with crossed sticks or a lacrosse helmet image), and the personalization you'd like.

Step 1
Choose the design you want on your item(s). Samples of the designs are displayed below. The samples also show what type of garment you can put the design on.

Step 2
Click on the Tommie Lax Wear Order Form. The order form is summarized by category (i.e., sweatshirts, fleece, hats, etc.) and the type of garment, color, design, size and price for each item. The last page is personal information. Please be sure to fill out the entire order form.

Step 3
Mail or email your order using the instructions on the bottom of the order form.
 

NOTE:  If you need your item shipped, please contact Terri before sending a check. The size of the item and the delivery location affect shipping costs. She will provide you the shipping costs when she knows the details.

The following four designs can be placed on the Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt and the Crewneck Sweatshirt.

The following two designs can be placed on the Polo Shirt, l/4 Zip Sweatshirt, Crewneck Sweatshirt, Full Zip Sweatshirt, Fleece Full Zip Jacket and Vest, l/4 Zip Fleece Jacket, Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt and Hat (without lettering).

The following two designs can be placed on the Polo Shirt, l/4 Zip Sweatshirt, Crewneck Sweatshirt, Full Zip Sweatshirt, Fleece Full Zip Jacket and Vest, l/4 Zip Fleece Jacket, Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt and Hat.

The following design can be placed on the Full Zip Sweatshirt.
